TERMS & CONDITIONS
Website content will be provided by Customer, including product images, product name/titles/description, text, images, videos or other as per advised by Customer. If Customer is not willing to provide Content, Writing services will be charged as 1.0-2.0 PKR / word for On Page Content.
Every designing service required on the website by customer except Logo and Home Page Banner Images will be charged separately. Only 3 revisions will be provided for Logo, Banner images or web color scheme, structure or add ups in the form of content. Zontik Solutions can change the number of revisions by having a discussion with the customer or providing digital/ written notice. For first 100 Products only single image, single name, single description product will be added on the website. For each extra images upto 2 max, content, description will be charged as 50 PKR per product.
Working will be managed and maintained only as per 5 days/ week working policy. Working days are from Monday to Friday. Customer will pay 100% advance prior starting of the work.
It will be solely customer’s responsibility to make sure that provided credentials, any kind of access to any data, service, subscription, hardware or customer’s property will be secured after or before service cancellation or consultancy visit. Zontik Solutions will not be held responsible for any of the customer’s property to be exploited or used unlawful by competing business entities or anyone else.
