DESCRIPTION
Zontik Solutions is offering IP PBX, Hybrid exchange, traditional PBX services to home based or SME businesses. We help organizations to install & configure Telephony systems so they can contact their clients and their business associates without any hassle. Telephony servers can be on cloud or in premises. These servers can have add on features like IVR, Voice recordings, CDR, Dial by extensions etc.

15 days free service maintenance only after delivery. 10,000 PKR per month maintenance and managing after free days.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Zontik Solutions will only provide consultation/possible solutions for the consultation visits. We will charge 2,000 PKR wether our offered solution is accepted or not by the customer.Hardware purchasing will require 100% payment advance.Cloud hosting / Server will require 100% payment advance.
No returns or refunds will be offered after purchasing the equipments/services. Services/troubleshooting will be managed and maintained only as per 5 days / week working policy. Working days are from Monday to Friday.
Customer will pay 100% advance prior starting of the work. Service contract will be atleast for 3 months. Customer or Zontik Solutions can cancel service contract anytime by 15 days notice prior cancellation.
It will be solely customer’s responsibility to make sure that provided credentials, any kind of access to any data, service, subscription, hardware or customer’s property will be secured after or before service cancellation or consultancy visit. Zontik Solutions will not be held responsible for any of the customer’s property to be exploited or used unlawful by competing business entities or anyone else.
